I believe incredible customer service is key to growth, and that customers should be at the heart of any product. I think you should be able to to bring your whole self to work and that remote, flexible working is the best way to build talent in your org.
Product Management in early stage SaaS. I love a lean, experimental approach in safe environment where failure is regular and ok, and where learning is encouraged.
